DragonTape after registration show a timeline tipical of the most used video editor program, like FinalCut or Windows Movie Maker. You can remix a lot of videos found online on video portal sharing like YouTube and Vimeo.
You can paste different videos on the timeline and remix them how you like. You can also create and build very long videos, over 175 minutes.
DragonTape is a free tool online, but for use it you must register for free to their service.
